Land Registry Office
The cadastre is a public register (such as e.g. trade register) used to enlist and update all rights and liabilities of a property. In the canton Graubünden, the cadastre curator is also responsible for public certification of legal transactions of properties within its area. Further, the land registry office
also takes care of the implementation of the federal cadastre in the canton Graubünden. A while ago, the federal cadastre has been introduced to the Arosa cadastre. The land registry office is located on the ground floor of the City Hall.
