Walser Culture Days in Schanfigg
From 7 to 11 August 2024, the Walser Culture Days will lure visitors to the wild Schanfigg mountain valley.
The scattered settlements of Strassberg im Fondei, Sapün and Medergen are discovered from Arosa. Lively lectures on Walser culture, hikes along the Walser history and all kinds of exciting Walser activities await, from "Bergheuet" (haymaking) and Liecht-Hengert to traditional Walser-style cheese-making.
